IÂ wasÂ aÂ life-long runner until I hadÂ aÂ kid. And then I hadÂ aÂ second one. It took meÂ aÂ while, but I eventually got back into it. I was working out 6 daysÂ aÂ week, finally back into my pre-parenting running routine when SNAP – there went my hamstring.Â AÂ friend told me to giveÂ CryoÂ aÂ try and Iâ€™ve been chilling almost every day since.
Not only was I back onÂ theÂ treadmill in about 3 weeks (which is miraculously fast considering my injury) but Iâ€™m sleeping more soundly (even with kids!) and feel zero knee pain that consistently bugged me after my three previous knee surgeries. Mamaâ€™s back! Thanks,Â TheÂ CryoBar!
