My experience with Cryotherapy began last summer when I was in a pretty awful Vespa accident. Fortunately, there were no broken bones, but my entire right side was bruised and swollen. The day after my accident I could barely walk. I’ll quickly summarize by saying that if it hadn’t been for Cryo, I would not have been walking the next day, back to the gym the following week, or back on my scooter ever again.

Based on my workout regimen, I knew the benefits of Cryotherapy were worth maintaining even after recovery from the accident. Since then, I try to chill at least once a week and when I do I recover more quickly and sleep better. I have also begun to incorporate the infrared sauna into my routine for further muscle relief, detoxification, and improved circulation. All the staff are great and I really enjoy coming in!
