I‘ve always been an avid exerciser, even when my body tells me to take it easy. When I learned about cryotherapy, I knew I had to try it for myself. When I was running marathons, I was fairly religious about doing ice baths, so I was aware of the benefits. As painful as they were, they were very effective in aiding recovery. Had I been able to go to The Cryobar, it would have been so much more pleasant! Instead of 15-20 minutes in a tub of ice, I could have been done in 3 minutes!
After an endless string of injuries, I stopped running marathons and cut down my weekly mileage drastically. However, I still had some sort of nagging pain to the point where I would need to turn to medication. When I went to The Cryobar and ran the next day, it was the first pain-free run in years! I was sold. I chill 2-3 times a week and always feel great. I have no nagging pains, either from exercising, or just from the aging process! I credit The Cryobar for giving me back my youthful exercising body!
