I was so thrilled when I received the email about being the Chiller of the Month! I have been going to The Cryobar in Bucktown since February 2019, and it has become one of my favorite commitments! Working out is part of my daily routine. I do everything from OrangeTheory, Chi50 (mega reformer), weight training, yoga, cycling, walking on the 606, and my favorite barre classes at SALT. Cryotherapy has truly helped my body recover faster and even helps improve my workouts. I also love how I feel after a full body chill. At first, I could only last 2.5 minutes. Now I can usually last the whole 3 minutes! However I would say that is thanks to all the wonderful staff members at The Cryobar. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and are wonderful at distracting me during my chills. They listen to my crazy stories and taught me all about the benefits of cryotherapy. I tell everyone how getting into the "cold chamber" is a highlight of my week and encourage everyone to give it a try. I am proud to be Cryo Committed!
